Will my identity stay anonymous?
Yes. Strip identifying details before submitting. We never publish names, contact info, or locations that could deanonymize the complainant.
What happens after I submit?
An editor reviews within 72 hours. Approved gripes enter moderation, then publish with a tracked resolution thread visible to readers.
Can a gripe be removed?
Submissions are rarely taken down once published, unless they contain defamatory statements, legal exposure, or unverified factual claims.
